We’re constantly refining our summer jerseys with lighter, more breathable fabrics and better on-the-bike fits, which ultimately leads to greater overall comfort when the mercury climbs. It seems simple in writing, when in fact it’s these micro adjustments that help the jersey “disappear” when you stretch out for the bars and begin your ride. Such is the case with the evolution of our favorite UMA SS, now featuring an even better fit and increased ventilation throughout.
The body-mapped paneling follows our proven regularFit pattern, complemented by its light, fast-drying Type.112 fabric that excels in moving moisture away from the skin. Furthering this notion, we constructed the side panels using Simesh to keep pull cool air in and keep it circulating while you spin. From there, we borrowed a few design cues from our favorite long-distance jerseys, including our proprietary Triple Ramp Pocket system that stabilizes the cargo load, a collarless neck construction, a slim full-length zipper, and a light silicone grip along the rear hem for a locked-in hold, regardless of upper body position.
